December first my darlings. It has begun.

What has continued is my fucked up sleeping schedule. I was once again up from 4-7. I scroll insta, watch yt, make a snack and am an anxious and stressed out tired lump. But hey ho. Its december first and I woke up to it snowing. Good start, well timed. It’s now 8:44 I’m in bed and i feel shit and sensitive.

iit’s now 23:30 I’m in bed again. No nap. No coffee since this morning. I worked on uni stuff. I didn’t mess up my presentation. I bought food. I uploaded a blogpost. I cooked an incredibly delicious dinner. I drank beer and watched the football with coco. Inter won.

It’s now 23:33. My calming music just set in good night.

Recipe:

Fry onion and garlic in some olive oil. Add pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and cauliflower. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook the truffle and ricotta pasta, then add them to the pan.

Side: arugula

Dressing: natural yogurt, dill and garlic spice.
