-not this one tho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alright the problem that
acured just now was essentially that I didn’t know how to translate Magerquark, but that’s the second problem now cause I have no idea how to spell acured. So I’m gonna look that up first and then Magerquark.
Right we’ve got results people, blame google if this is false.
- acur -> occur (lol)
- Magerquark -> low fat curd cheese
Alright so how do we call this thing then. I might just come up with a non related name cause I’m not calling this post “low fat curd cheese bread rolls”. Uh maybe corona gains, you know. Cause it’s full of protein. (would that be too much? I don’t care this is my blog.). I decided to go for something less offensive.
Right so these bread rolls are made without sugar, have loads of protein and little fat, are quick and easy and don’t recquire many ingredients.
For 3 rolls you will need:
- 100g “low fat curd cheese”
- 1 egg
- 35g wholemeal spelled flour
- 50g oat bran
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10g flax seeds
- 45ml warm water
You gotta just add it all into a mixing bowl one after the other until it looks dough-y. Then you let it rise for 10 minutes.
After the dough has risen, wet your hands and form little bowls. Lay them on a baking sheet and sprinkle some more oat bran over them. Next you take a knife and cut a cross (or other creative design) on the top.
In action this could look something like this:
You need, the mayo from yesterday’s post, a cashew- black bean burger patty, tomato paste, some lettuce, cucumber and tomato!
