Went on a bike ride (electric obvs, once you try it you never go back. I rode up a hill with 13 mph!) with my dad yesterday. Up hills, along fields, through woods. That’s where we found him. The wild garlic. He was covering the entire ground and it smelled like heaven. Aka of garlic. I got informed that this was due to the wild garlic, which I would have identified as gras.
Back home I pinterest-ed all recipes including wild garlic and came across one by naturallivingideas.com
I am not entirely sure what makes this a mayo, but we’ll just roll with it.
