umm. progress…i think?

  • started training in may 2018
  • got surgery in june aka 4 weeks no sport
  • started working out again from july – ocotber
  • started uni, moved… no gym during october
  • signed up at a new gym in november. been going since then
  • getting surgery again in march. no gym until april

it’s the 22.02.2019 i’m scrolling through old blog posts cause i miss brighton, summer and traveling. here is what i found in a blog post from the 6th of august (you know, 3 months before my phone died)
