Got this from a blog I follow on here called https://sageolivia.com/ . Love it she’s got some great tips for buying Christmas presents!!

So because I’m running out of ideas (within the first week) I’m gonna be doing that tag cause apparently it’s 2014 again and tags are back. SO. Here we go.

btw Sage is a lot better at answering these questions cause I’m just a little too sarcastic for life and don’t care about this disarray, so maybe read her’s. Problem is I’m also a little perfectionist and can’t not have day 7.

1. What is your favorite Christmas Movie?

grinch. only christmas movie I have watched until the end without wanting to stab my eyes out with a candy cane half way through. I kinda connect with him on an emotional level just that I love Christmas and am a grinch the rest of the year.

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

Eve. I think everyone in Germany does so. I highly appreciate it cause I wouldn’t be able to sleep and everyone’s in a bad mood in the mornings. No no. You (go to the church), open presents, eat and eat and eat a bit more. And then you sleep. Merry Christmas.

3. Do you have a favorite Christmas memory?

mmmmmmmmmm. let me get back to you on this. I have the usual most boring lecture tomorrow, I’ll think about it then. Okay I thought about and I think it’s when other people open one of my presents and really really like it like are in the bestest of moods and are happy and stuff. Makes me happy.

4. Favorite festive food?

We always make raclette with the family on Christmas eve which is pretty rad. But my grandma’s chocolate biscuits are the actual best thing in the world and I will never EVER share the recipe. You’re welcome. btw What is festive food even?

oh wow okay let me see.

yaaas. okay so: I only had christmas stollen for the first time ever a few days ago! Can you believe it? But it was delicious. Can’t say it’s my fave thing ever, BUT I’d eat it again… and again.

tf is a springerle? Does anyone know? I don’t know most of the things on that list.

Oh mulled wine is the best obviously.

5. Favourite Christmas gift?

again. Don’t know atm, I’ve gotten presents on 19 christmases 3 times every year and I don’t remember most of them. (I wasn’t drunk I was young). I asked my mom. Waiting for the response now, which might take until Christmas day. NEXT.

She answered and said a tablet like 5 years ago, which is super sad. Never asking for electronics for Christmas again.

6. Favourite Christmas scent?

mulled wine and freshly baked biscuits. I even bought a little scent thing so my room smells like mulled wine. I swear I’m not an alcoholic….that’s exactly what an alcoholic would say.

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?

do I repeat this now? presents, raclette. Going to my grandparent’s the next day.

8. What tops your tree?

My mom has this weird old angel that’s been hanging on to dear life up there for the first 15 years of my life. The last 4 years it’s been a pointy thing we got from like target or something. Wait I think I can show you #thankyouoldblog. Damn my blogmas back than was a whole lot more festive. But I think I cared and had utensils for baking and money for presents. (WHAT ARE UTENSILS FOR?? If anyone got that, do you wanna be my best friend?) https://wearesovintage.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2015-12-30T00:00:00%2B01:00&max-results=20&start=9&by-date=false

the top is cut off lol.

9. As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?

I don’t mean a dude I mean come on how should I know?

10. What’s the best part about Christmas for you?

legit the food. oh and no uni. and going home which basically means I will not cook or clean or move.

at this point she’s nominating a whole bunch of bloggers, but I don’t know any so I’ll end with my favorite thing on the internet:

kidding. this is it:
