Recipe #2

So today is pie day, and I found a recupe on my old blog from like 2015 or something so I thought I might as well share it on here. SO let me present to you:

Peach Pie

What you need:
– lots of time
DOUGH
-150g flour
-1/2 tsp backingpowder
-50g sugar
-8g vanilla sugar
-1 egg
-65g soft butter
TOPPING
-4 peaches (600g)
-2 packs vanilla pudding
-100g sugar
-500ml milk
-500g sour cream
 
Let’s go:
 
-DOUGH:
-mix flour and backingpowder in a bowl
-add all the other ingredients
-knead them together on a floured surface
-(if it sticks wrap it in cling film and cool it)
-preheat the oven to 200C
-take 2/3 of the dough and roll it out on the bottom of the cake tin  (26cm diameter)
-put it in the oven for 15 minutes
– take it out and let it it cool down
– turn the oven temperature down to 160C
-put the peaches in boiling water
– rinse with cold water
-peal them and cut them in columns
-form the remaining dough into a roll
-put it on top of the bottom and press it against the edge
-lay the peaches on the bottom
TOPPING:
-cook a pudding with milk and sugar
-stir in the sour cream
-spread the sourcream-pudding on top of the peaches
-put it in the oven for 60 minutes
-take it out of the oven
-let it cool for 2 hours inside the tin
-then another hour on a grid
